It is this huge variation of different watercourses that has given us so much experience and skill and made us so good at what we do. The huge variation in the work we do has ensured that we are well prepared, well equipped, agile and adaptable.

Our staff are well trained and skilled in the work we do and we carry full employees and public liability insurance, as you would expect. Environmental Statement

We care very much for the environment and take great care in the work we do to reduce the impact we have on the environment. We use a modern fleet of vehicles to ensure that emissions are kept low and that vehicles are maintained in good condition carrying as little weight as possible to reduce fuel usage, good news for the environment and for out customers who pay less in travel costs.

We collect a great deal of waste and work hard to ensure that most of this is recycled, our waste handlers have a recycling rate of over 90% and we go to great efforts to ensure that as much of the waste we collect is sorted and recycled. All general waste is collected and sorted to remove green waste, metals, plastic and other recyclable materials. Tyres and batteries are collected and recycled at special waste handling plants.

We work with the UK’s largest shopping trolley repatriation company to ensure that most of the trolleys we find are refurbished and returned to store and we also ensure that WEEE items are taken away by a specialist waste firm for recycling. We are proud of the efforts we make to reduce our waste and continue to increase the percentage of waste we recycle.

We provide a full audit trail for our waste and will provide all customers with a waste transfer notice, a legal requirement. We are an upper tier waste handler and are registered with the Environment Agency. Our registration number is CBDU166328
